EXPRESSION OF INTEREST –CUM TENDER
We, National Textile Corporation Limited, Southern Regional Office, Coimbatore
– 641 009 seeks expression of interest from Electrical Power Generators having their
generating plant(s) in Tamilnadu for supply of power under Group Captive Mode for
their various Textile Mills in the State of Tamilnadu.
Offers are invited only from Captive Power Generators. Offers of power traders will
not be considered. Captive Power generators who wish to offer their generated power
under Group Captive Mode are requested to furnish the particulars in the enclosed
format and submit them in a sealed cover prominently super scribed to the following
address.

Intended generators are requested to indicate their commercial terms and conditions.
Offers of Generators whose terms and conditions considered by us will be required to
indicate their firm power cost subsequently. We may choose two or three sources for
one unit Mill as desired by us. There should be no minimum quantity cap on the offers.
Offers shall be sent to the address stated above with the name of offer, ref no and
date & time of opening so as to reach the undersigned on or before 3.00 PM on
05/05/2015.
Offers so received will be opened in the presence of participants who choose to be
present at 3.30 PM on 05/05/2015.
