OADBY OWLS 9 A-SIDE TOURNAMENT
Chairmans Cup

Saturday 13th June 2015 – Under 11 (Based on 2015/16 Season)
Oadby Owls Football Club would like to invite teams to participate in a Junior football
tournament on Saturday 13th June 2015 at the Judgemeadow Football Development Centre,
Marydene Drive, Evington, Leicester, LE5 6HP. The Under 11’s (based on Season 2015/2016)
9v9.
This is a pre-season event so age groups are for the forthcoming 2015/16 season. It will
provide ideal preparation for the season. Correspondence will primarily be made via
email.
Teams will be placed into groups of 5 teams and therefore each team is guaranteed a minimum
of 4 matches. Trophies of a high quality will be provided to both the winners and runners up of
each age group. Matches will be played to normal FIFA regulations and a fully qualified referee
will be appointed to each fixture. Group matches will be of 20 minute duration.
MJB First Aid Services will provide onsite professional care. Full refreshment facilities will also
be available. Car parking will be on site and a comprehensive match day programme will be
provided as part of the £2 per car entry fee.
Food and other refreshments will be available on site. Entry is £40 per team. The tournament
will be oversubscribed so an early application is recommended.
An acknowledgement confirming your entry will be sent to you on receipt of your application with
further tournament information being sent out a week or so prior to the event. If you do not
receive confirmation within two weeks of application you should contact the organiser, Haf Katib
or Nathan Burton to ensure your application has been correctly processed.
