An Unparalleled Round of Golf –
and a Way to Help Children Succeed in Life
From the very beginning, one of the greatest features of the Office Depot Foundation Invitational has been the
opportunity it provides for golfers to enjoy a memorable day on some of South Florida’s most acclaimed and
prestigious golf courses. For this year’s Office Depot Foundation Charity Golf Tournament, you will have the
opportunity to play 18 holes of golf on the Resort Course at the Boca Raton Resort & Club.
The Boca Raton Resort & Club has a rich history and tradition as one of the finest golf resorts in Florida. The
stunning par-71 Resort Course features a variety of elevation changes. Water comes into play throughout
most of the course with 12 acres of lakes. Signature to the course is a central elevation of more than 30 feet
(one of the highest natural points in Boca Raton), a scenic island green completing the course on the 18th
hole and a custom-designed water feature created by Hugh Hughes.
On the Resort Course at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, you’ll find complimentary food and beverage carts
on each nine holes. Each hole will have a fore caddy who will watch the balls off the tee. Please note that
capacity on the Resort Course at the Boca Raton Resort & Club is 120 golfers.
An Exceptional Day
This premier day of golf will begin with registration and an invigorating breakfast in preparation for an 8:30 a.m. tee off. The tournament will be a scramble format, and handicaps will be factored into the scoring. 4

To complete your experience, you’ll gather with all the other players
on the Resort Course at the Boca Raton Resort & Club for a delicious
lunch. The lunch will feature the presentation of prizes to the top three
foursomes, as well as awards for the longest drive, closest to the pin
and most accurate drive.
In appreciation for your participation, every golfer will receive a beautiful large (18” x 12” x 8”) canvas and leather duffel bag. In addition, all
the golfers will receive an Antigua Phoenix Golf Shirt. Made of 92%
polyester and 8% spandex, the Desert Dry™ moisture management
pointelle short sleeve polo shirt features a 3-button placket, pearlized
buttons, flat knit collar, open sleeves and a signature square back
yoke. Golfers will also receive an Ahead Performance Classic Cut
UPF 50+ golf hat. The lightweight nylon hat is white with black brim
trim, features an adjustable elastic cord around the brim to cinch it up
for windy conditions and has a black under-visor to prevent reflective
glare. Both items will feature the Office Depot Foundation logo.
When you arrive at the Boca Raton Resort & Club for the Office
Depot Foundation Invitational, registration will take place in the Great
Hall Center, which is located just inside the grounds of the Boca
Resort off Camino Real. Registration will be available from 11:00 a.m.
to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, and from 5 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
on Thursday, June 4. During registration, you will receive a personalized passport with your event schedule along with your Office Depot

Few things can match the heart-pounding, adrenaline-pumping excitement of reeling in a magnificent
billfish through the churning waters of the bright blue
Atlantic. The thrill of the chase, the heat of the battle
and the ultimate reward of a spectacular sailfish,
swordfish or marlin rank with life’s most exhilarating
and satisfying experiences.
When you participate in the 2015 Office Depot
Foundation Charity Invitational Deep Sea Fishing
event, you’ll sail out of the acclaimed Sailfish Marina
Resort on Singer Island in West Palm Beach aboard
world-class sport fishing yachts, which feature
full equipment packages, restrooms and the best
fishing tackle and bait.
With origins dating to the 1940s, Sailfish Marina
through the years became synonymous with big
game sport fishing in the Palm Beaches and gained
a national reputation as the “Yankee Stadium” of the
sport. As the closest marina to the Palm Beach/
Lake Worth Inlet and just minutes from the entrance
to the Atlantic Ocean, Sailfish Marina Resort is a
favorite place to dock in the Palm Beaches. It’s also
renowned for its waterfront restaurant, where fresh
local seafood is the true star of the menu.
Under the overall leadership of Capt. Carlos
Mendez, you’ll be introduced to the absolute best
method of sport fishing in South Florida − fishing
with kites. With the Gulf Stream flowing just a few

miles offshore, you’ll have access to miles of natural
reef lines and hundreds of natural and manmade
wrecks within minutes of leaving the marina. Highly
skilled crews will call upon their years of fishing expertise and intimate knowledge of the ocean waters
to provide guests with a rewarding and enjoyable
expedition. The Deep Sea Fishing experience is
limited to 25 boats (150 anglers).

A Complete Experience
This action-packed day will begin at the Boca Raton Resort & Club as
participants pick up a Grab-and-Go breakfast before boarding luxury
motor coaches for the ride to Sailfish Marina. A full breakfast will be
served when you arrive at the Marina.
One of the greatest advantages of having the deep sea event at Sailfish
Marina is that all the fishing boats will depart at the same time. Once
on board, throughout the five-hour fishing excursion, you’ll compete for
fantastic trophies in two categories: In the Billfish Class, first-, secondand third-place trophies will be awarded based on the total number of
points scored by each boat – with a billfish counting as 200 points. (All
billfish are released immediately.) In the Funfish Class, first-, second- and
third-place trophies will go to the anglers on the boats that bring in the
highest combined weight of all eligible funfish and the total number of fish
caught, which include Wahoo, Kingfish, Dolphin or Tuna. The complete
rules will be explained at the event.
You’ll enjoy snacks and drinks on each boat while you’re on the water.
Afterwards, all the anglers will gather in the Sailfish Marina Restaurant for
an outstanding lunch and the awards presentations. The motor coaches
will then return to the Boca Resort.
In appreciation for your participation, every angler will receive a beautiful
large (18” x 12” x 8”) canvas and leather duffel bag. In addition, all the
men will receive a Hook & Tackle® Peninsula short-sleeve fishing shirt
made of 100% polyester microfiber ripstop. Women anglers will receive a
Gulf Stream short-sleeve fishing shirt made of 100% polyester microfiber
ripstop. The shirts, which are stain-resistant and wick moisture, feature
UPF 35+ sun protection. They’ll also feature the Office Depot Foundation logo.

Additional Support Opportunities
In addition to the sponsorship opportunities associated with individual events included in the Office
Depot Foundation Invitational, Office Depot vendors, sponsors, key business partners and others
can demonstrate their support for the Foundation’s efforts to serve children, families and communities in the following ways:
Opening Reception and Entertainment Sponsors
Note: Two sponsorships are available at $25,000 each.
All participants are invited to attend a wonderful opening reception on the evening of Wednesday,
June 3. The reception, featuring bountiful hors d’oeuvres, an open bar and entertainment, will give
everyone a chance to meet, network and enjoy the uniquely distinctive ambiance of the Boca Raton
Resort & Club.
- Your sponsorship will be acknowledged by having your corporate identity displayed on signage in the registration area at
the Boca Raton Resort & Club and at the opening reception.
- This sponsorship includes participation in any Invitational activity of your choice with the number of participants associated with a Sapphire Level sponsorship opportunity in that activity (subject to availability).
