Position Objective OGIO is searching for a candidate that loves a challenge and thrives on creating efficient and accurate results. The Client Service Specialist - Golf is a key component of the Golf Division. This position will be responsible for supporting assigned territory and developing professional relationships with clients and staff. Qualified candidate must be accurate, golf knowledgeable, responsive and personable. Responsibilities include: Order Entry & Management o Ensures all customer orders & projections are accurately entered and updated as necessary for each customer. o Ensures correct sales programs and product pricing are on all orders. o Handles special orders for embroidery and tournaments. o Issues return authorizations and processes account warranty issues. Answers phone calls and responds to emails from clients. Develops a thorough understanding of golf account market, sales programs and OGIO product. Provides on-line chat support for ogio.com. Establishes strong relationships with golf buyers, strategic accounts and green grass accounts. Responsible for daily communications with independent sales force and internal sales management. Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities are subject to change in order to keep up with new or expanding business needs. Qualifications o o o o o o o o Bachelor Degree preferred with 2+ years’ experience in a customer service role. Strong communication skills and ability to interface at all levels of business via written & verbal communication. Proactive & Reliable individual that also works well with teams. High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. (Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Oracle experience will also aid in candidacy for position. Ability to handle multiple projects, while being self-motivated and proven experience to work independently and as a team. High energy, passion, and incredible drive to succeed.
