Professional Overview: Dean is the President and CEO/Owner of Omega Apparel Incorporated which he acquired in June
2012. Omega is the #1 supplier of dress trousers, slacks, and skirts for the US Military. In 2014, Omega expanded and
diversified their business by adding a dress shirt production line, an assembly division, and entered the commercial market.
Omega employs a workforce of 200+. Dean’s professional experience began in the US Army after earning his undergraduate
degree at West Point. He served a total of 7-years as an officer, helicopter pilot and Army Ranger. While in the Army he
earned his MBA in Finance from Cal State and launched his business career with former Big 5 firm KPMG Consulting as a
Project Manager. The majority of his business career was spent in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Industry at Procter
& Gamble and Mars Inc. in Business Development, Marketing, and Strategy. Dean is happily married to his bride Kelly for 20years. They have 4 children, the most recent adopted from Ethiopia. Dean is also active in his church and the local
community. He currently serves on the non-profit Board of Directors for the Nashville Jr. Predators youth hockey
organization, the Nashville Fashion Alliance (NFA), and SEAMS (National Association for the Sewn Products Industry).
