One Works is an independent design and consultancy firm
that integrates Architecture, Infrastructure and Urban
Engineering, combining the strength of method with the
power of design.
One Works is based in Italy (Milan, Rome, Venice) with a
staff of more than 50 architects, designers, planners and
engineers. OW is rapidly expanding his activities in the
MENA Region, Africa and Asia and has recently opened a
Regional Office in Dubai.
One Works strives to optimize performances and provides
sustainable design solutions to meet the specific needs
of the Clients. Different skills working together ensure
a holistic approach to the project, blending together
traditional engineering efficiency and a strong architectural
background to reach the quality expressed by the Italian
urban tradition.
One Works has been involved in projects worldwide planning
and designing buildings and infrastructures. Projects are
achieved by integrating deep research, leveraging what
are often challenges as opportunities, and factoring social
and political environment in the creative process.The list of
clients includes developers, investors, real estate operators,
construction companies, public institutions and local
authorities, allowing for a clear vision of their reciprocal
expectations.
Ongoing projects in MENA Region
One Works has a significant experience in the infrastructure market in MENA Region since 2010, assisting Contractors in D&B tenders and projects. One Works’ Team
carried out the technical due diligence of the New Airport
King Abdulaziz in Jeddah and Madinah Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz Airport, providing to the Contractors,
during the Tender, the Terminal and Apron layout and
the sizing optimization, BoQ and assistance for pricing
the Special Works and Systems. Moreover, One Works
has been working on the passenger terminal functional
layout and engineering of Jazan King Abdullah Airport,
the concept design for the new passenger terminal and
airport masterplan of Al Baha Airport and the master
plan revision, design and passenger terminal planning
and development of Abha Regional Airport.Working with
GACA on these projects, One Work’s team members have
obtained the Value Engineering certificate.
One Works is also currently working as Lead Consultant
on the Flagship Stations within the D&B project of Riyadh
Metro line 3 and the Design coordination (tender phase),
Passenger flows analysis, Functional design and station
sizing of 7 underground station (tender and design phase),
5 at grade station + 2 elevated station (tender phase), and
structural design of 1 station (tender phase) of Doha Metro
Red Line North.

The four offices work as one network and people are
trained to develop their projects on common bases,
working in teams expressing the multi-disciplinary
approach of the practice. The holistic approach allows us
to call in other professionals when specific and complex
issues arise from the project.
Signed major contracts in Qatar and Saudi Arabia, One
Works is now proceeding with the opening of new
branches in these countries.

Masterplanning
Cities are the places where we spend most of our lives.
While responding to the highest living and working
standards, they are the background of both the most
intimate and public part of our lives. Balancing those
two very different aspirations is the key to a successful
project.
One Works experience in designing innovative and
