I will have
people in our party and pets. I
understand that our pets need to be up to date
on all shots. I will also bring my license/proof of
rabies vaccine with me.
A non-refundable deposit *worth one nights
stay with this form. I will contact the Retreat
Coordinator no less that seven days prior to
confirm, so that OBC may be best prepared to
serve me.
The remaining balance of $
will be due
on my arrival. For cottage/cabin/meeting room
I will also give a $50.00 check as a security
deposit (that will be voided after a site inspection by OBC staff).
Upon my arrival I will receive Camp Rules and
Regulations, **which by signing below my party agrees to respect and follow. I will also receive Liability Waiver Forms to be completed
and returned to the camp office.

Pool Use: I understand we will be able to use
the pool when the lifeguard is on duty. We
agree to abide by the Pool Rules posted on the
board at the pool. Hours are subject to change
without notice due to weather, safety, etc.
