2015 OOGP Buying Group Program
Members are eligible for a 2% rebate on their total net purchases from their purchases made directly from Luxottica
through OOGP. To qualify, the Member must meet the following criteria:
• Purchase Target: The Member must achieve individual annual Net Purchases between $5,000 and $14,999 in 2015.
• Growth Target: The Member must achieve a 20% growth in its individual 2015 Net Purchases over its individual 2014 Net
Purchases not including Michael Kors sales.
• Return Rate Target: The Member must not individually exceed an annual return rate of 15%, calculated in units returned in
