Booking terms and conditions
These Booking Terms and Conditions set out hereinafter the terms under which Euro Disney Associés S.C.A.
(hereinafter «Euro Disney») shall sell the services ordered by the client (hereinafter «Client») for a group consisting of a
minimum of 12 persons or 20 persons depending on the services required (hereinafter «Services»).
Euro Disney is registered in France with RCS Meaux under n° 397 471 822 and with the French Travel and
Holiday Companies’ Registry under n° IM077100029; financial guarantee supplied by BNP Paribas, 16 boulevard des Italiens,
75009 Paris, France; civil and professional liability insurance provided by AXA Corporate Solutions Assurance, 4 rue Jules
Lefebvre, 75009 Paris, France.
1 - PRICES
In the event of the number of participants in a group being reduced to a number lower than the minimum required, Euro
Disney shall invoice for the Services reserved by Client at the tariff effectively applicable as a function of the actual
number of participants.
Prices have been determined on the basis of the existing economic conditions on the date of establishment of the prices
on 22 November 2012.
Euro Disney reserves the right to amend prices at any time before booking, subject to the Client being advised of the total
cost prior to booking.
Prices are subject to changes even after booking to account for a modification or the imposition of any dues, taxes and
fees on the booking or for exchange rate fluctuations. Euro Disney reserves the right to alter the total amount of the
booking by applying the relevant fluctuation rate to the concerned element of the booking. Any increase will be notified to the
Client in writing and the Client may elect to cancel or confirm the booking at no charge.
In any case, no such increases will be made within thirty (30) days of the group’s date of visit.
2 – RESERVATIONS – ORDERS – PAYMENTS [PLEASE CONFIRM MODIFICATIONS BELOW, WHICH HAVE BEEN
MADE IN LINE WITH UK TO GROUPS CONTRACTS]
Reservations and orders shall be made by phone, email or fax with Euro Disney’s Group Reservation Center using details
and numbers featured in brochures or by post to the following address: Euro Disney Associés S.C.A., Group Reservation
Department, BP 100, 77777 Marne la-Vallée Cedex 4, France. Reservations and orders are subject to availability. They
shall be confirmed by Euro Disney under the conditions hereunder depending on the type of Services reserved or ordered.
2.1 Reservations for restaurants, dinner shows, special events and/or other services requiring advance booking
To confirm the reservation in case of reservation made more than 42 days prior to the date of use of the Services, the
Client shall send Euro Disney a copy of the contract, duly signed, 42 days at the latest prior to the date of use of the
Services, accompanied by payment in Euros of a down payment of 25% of the Services reserved. The Client shall pay the
balance of the amount of the reservation 30 days at the latest prior to the use of the Services.
To confirm the reservation in case of reservation made between 42 days and 31 days prior to the date of use of the
Services, the Client shall send Euro Disney a copy of the contract, duly signed, within 72 hours from receipt, accompanied
by payment in Euros of a down payment of 25% of the Services reserved. The Client shall pay the balance of the amount
of the reservation 30 days at the latest prior to the use of the Services.
To confirm the reservation in case of reservation made within 30 days prior to the date of use of the Services, the Client
shall send Euro Disney a copy of the contract, duly signed, upon receipt, accompanied by payment in Euros of the full
amount of the reservation.
The above terms also apply to dated group tickets where such tickets are part of the reservation made under the present
article.
2.2 Reservations for dated group tickets only
Reservation shall be confirmed by the Client in returning to Euro Disney a copy of the contract duly signed, upon receipt
of such. Payment shall be received at the latest 15 days prior to the date of arrival when postal delivery of such tickets is
required. Otherwise, payment shall be made at any time, up to their collection on site, except when preferential prices are
subject to payment being made within or before a particular timescale.
2.3 Orders for regular non-dated tickets, individual meal/drinks coupons, and other services not requiring advance
booking
In order to confirm the order, the Client shall send Euro Disney a copy of the contract, duly signed, upon receipt of
such, and accompanied by payment in Euros of the total amount of the order.
2.4 Payments are to be effected in Euro to the order of Euro Disney Associés S.C.A. using the means of payment
indicated thereafter. Payments by cheque are accepted up to 30 days prior to the date of use of the Services.
Payments by bank transfer are accepted up to 15 days prior to the date of use of the Services. Thereafter only
payments by credit card shall be accepted. Payment slips received shall be attached to any payment made
by cheque. Payments are to be received by Euro Disney at the latest within the periods indicated heretofore.
Payment shall be sent to Euro Disney Associés S.C.A., Groups Payments, BP 132, 77777 Marne la-Vallée Cedex
4, France.
We reserve the right to cancel the booking in case of failure to make any payment within the periods indicated
heretofore. In such case, charges calculated on the basis of the relevant cancellation fees for each type of
Services may be applied. Amounts which remain unpaid shall be subject to a late payment penalty at the
European Central Bank’s latest refinancing, increased by 10 points of percentage, automatically calculated as of
the due date indicated on the invoice up to the effective date of payment. As provided by law, the European
Central Bank’s latest refinancing rate applicable during the first semester of any calendar year shall be that in
force on January 1st of the same calendar year and that applicable during the second semester shall be that
in force on July 1st of the same calendar year. The Client shall be liable to pay this penalty without any prior
notice being required.
In addition, except in the event of receivership, compulsory liquidation or any other similar proceeding
prohibiting payment on the due date, any delayed payment shall also give rise to the obligation for the Client
to pay Euro Disney a fixed amount of Eur 40 for recovery costs of unpaid amounts. Euro Disney however
reserves the right to claim complementary compensation where it justifies that recovery costs exposed are
higher.
In the event of payment by bank card, Euro Disney shall not be liable for the payment of bank card transaction
fees due to exchange rate fluctuations or to any other reason.
3 - SUPPLEMENTS
Requests for supplements must be made by phone, email, fax, or by post using contact details indicated in article
2 above and received by Euro Disney’s Group Reservation Center up to three days prior to the date of arrival of the
group. Supplements accepted by Euro Disney shall be confirmed in writing, and shall be settled in accordance with
the provisions of article 2.4 above.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed upon, any request for supplements made less than 3 days prior to the date of
arrival of the group shall be made on site subject to availability and must be paid for on site on the basis of the
individual public tariff.
4 - SPECIAL REQUESTS
Any special requests (e.g. dietary requirements), shall be specified at the time of booking. Whilst using reasonable
endeavours to accommodate such requests, Euro Disney cannot guarantee or confirm them unless it is specifically stated in
writing. In some cases, an extra charge may be payable, which the Client will be informed of.
If any member of the group has restricted mobility, special needs or care requirements, the Client shall inform Euro Disney
thereof prior to booking so as to make a full assessment of how they can be addressed.
5 - DELIVERIES
Only Services fully paid for more than 15 days prior to arrival are delivered by post if requested by the Client. The first
delivery shall be made at Euro Disney’s sole costs; any other delivery due to the Client, in particular in case of orders/
bookings for supplements, shall be invoiced at the tariff as specified in the applicable brochure at the date of the
bookings for dated Services (art. 2.1 and 2.2.), or at the time of furniture for non dated Services (art. 2.3). Tickets may be
picked up at the Group Window located on the coach park at Disneyland Paris if the Client has not requested delivery,
subject to their having been paid for in full. In case of payment received less than 15 days prior to the date of use of the
Services, Tickets must be picked up at the Group Window.
6 - CONDITIONS RELATING TO TICKETS
Conditions of acceptation of tickets:
It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that tickets are free from any deterioration upon presentation on arrival at
Disneyland® Paris.
Tickets that have already been used will not been accepted at Disneyland® Paris.
It is strictly prohibited to photocopy or duplicate tickets.
Any fraud or attempt of fraud in using tickets will result in confiscation of such.
7 - RESPECT OF TIMETABLES
Whenever applicable, the timetable for a reserved Service must be respected. In the event of the group being delayed,
Euro Disney shall do its utmost to ensure that the Services reserved are provided as best possible, but cannot be held
responsible for any issue, claim, dispute arising from the late arrival of the group or of certain members of it.
8 - CANCELLATIONS
8.1 Cancellation by the Client
Conditions under which Services may be cancelled are set out in the table below, it being specified that any request for
alteration of a booking shall be treated as a cancellation.
Any cancellations must be notified to Euro Disney in writing using the contact details detailed or by fax to
+ 33 (0) 1 64 74 58 99; the date of receipt of the cancellation shall be taken as the date for the application
of the cancellation fee provided for hereinafter.
Failure by the Client to pay payable amounts within the periods indicated heretofore entitles Euro Disney to cancel
the booking, and tickets where applicable, and apply the following fees.

fifteen (15) days of the date mentioned thereon, to Disneyland Paris, Package Fulfillment & Ticket Services, Bâtiment Robin
Hood, 77777 Marne-la-Vallée Cedex, France. Tickets that have not been cancelled in writing and/or not returned in accordance
with the above, are not refundable.
(3) Cancellation fees only apply if 50% or more of the tickets booked are cancelled.
8.2 Cancellations by Euro Disney
In the event of a show being cancelled by Euro Disney, the sum remitted by Client shall be reimbursed.
Euro Disney shall not be held responsible for any damages that might be incurred by such cancellation.
9 – ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT
The Client shall not assign, transfer or grant its rights and obligations under the contract concluded with
Euro Disney to any third party without the prior written consent of Euro Disney. It is specified that this prior written
consent, which Euro Disney may refuse at its sole discretion, will be required in any event of merger, take-over,
restructuring or otherwise or where it induces a change of control of the Client.
10 - COMPLAINTS
Complaints which may arise during the performance of the contract must be reported immediately on the spot to the
concerned service provider, in order to allow for a remedy to the situation as rapidly as possible. Such report must be made in
an appropriate manner allowing the conservation of proof of the fact or event at the origin of the complaint.
Without prejudice to any right of recourse, complaints which cannot be submitted on site or which have not been resolved
on site in a satisfactory manner must be reported to Euro Disney at the earliest opportunity and in any case:
- prior to using the Services for complaints arising prior to the date of provision of the Services,
- within one month from the end of the group’s visit for complaints arising during the group’s visit.
Such complaints must be addressed by any means allowing an acknowledgement of receipt to DisneylandÐ Paris, Guests

The detail of the Client’s concern, the date of visit at Disneyland® Paris and the Client’s booking number must be clearly
indicated in any correspondence.
11 – TRADEMARK OWNERSHIP - COPYRIGHT
The Client shall not acquire any property right nor any right of use of the names, signs, emblems, logos, trademarks any other
signs, other authors’ rights, industrial or intellectual property rights, belonging to Euro Disney S.C.A., Disney Enterprises Inc. or
any one of their subsidiaries or affiliated companies.
The Client shall not include the Services provided by Euro Disney as part of any other services, batch or group of services
comprising services which, are likely in our reasonable opinion to harm the Disney® image. The Client is not authorized
to advertise, use, give or resell the Services or offer to do so for profit or otherwise or use them in connection with a
competition, promotion, incentive or reward programme, business, charitable or any other similar venture without Euro
Disney’s express advance written permission. The conditions set out above shall continue to apply after the expiry of the
reservation contract, as well as in the event of cancellation of reservations.
12 - DECLARATIONS/GUARANTEES/LIABILITY
12.1 The Client, in its capacity as a professional operator, declares and guarantees: (i) that it meets the conditions required for the
exercise of its profession in respect of the whole of the laws and regulations as applicable, including in respect of the sale and/
or organisation of tourist services; (ii) that it has subscribed to all mandatory insurance policies such as are useful and sufficient
to cover its professional liability.
12.2 The Client shall hold Euro Disney, its affiliates, and branches, safe and harmless in respect of any legal claims and any
damages or compensatory interest resulting from or based upon shortcomings in the performance of obligations or of its
guarantee incurred by virtue of these conditions.
12.3 The Client represents and guarantees that all members of the group comply with all internal regulations in force at
Disneyland® Paris and all instructions or notices set forth in brochures or in any other document issued by Euro Disney, and
that they will have a respectful and courteous behaviour while staying at Disneyland® Paris. Euro Disney reserves the right at its
discretion to terminate the visit at any time if the behaviour of any member of the group is likely to cause damage, danger or
distress to any of Euro Disney’s employees, subcontractors, agents, Guests or the general public. In these circumstances, Euro
Disney reserves the right not to refund nor pay any compensation for such termination and to recover from the Client any costs
incurred by any third party or Euro Disney itself as a result of said behaviour.
12.4 Euro Disney is responsible for the full execution of the obligations resulting from the contract with the Client, whether such
obligations are performed by itself or by other service providers, without prejudice to its right of recourse against such service
providers. However, Euro Disney can be exonerated from all responsibility by supplying proof that the non-performance or bad
performance of the contract is either attributable to the Client, to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act or omission of a
third party unconnected with the provision of contracted services or to an event of force majeure.
12.5 Certain shows, attractions, presentations, boutiques, restaurants, and associated facilities which are only open at certain
seasons, may be closed, modified, delayed, or suspended, without prior notification and without indemnity.
13 - PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Client and members of the group have a right to access, to rectify, and to request removal of personal data held
about them. This right can be exercised by writing to us at the following address, indicating your name, full name and
address: Disneyland Paris, Marketing Department, BP 100, 77777 Marne-la-Vallée
Cedex 4, France.
14 – APPLICABLE LAW AND COURT OF JURISDICTION
The reservation contract shall be subject to French law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or implementation of
this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Paris.
