HOUSING & SUPPORT WORKER
This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your skills working with vulnerable
young people by enabling them to reach their full potential. You will be part of a
supportive team working with colleagues to provide person centred, sensitive and
professional housing support to enable individuals to live independent and enriched
lives. Experience within the field of supported housing would be desirable together
with a commitment to support individuals with complex needs and behaviours.

growth, this exciting role will give you the opportunity to support individuals to grow
and mature into valued and contributing members of society.
Training and full induction will be given to the successful candidate.
Post: 37.5 hours per week to include Bank Holidays and Weekends on a rota basis.
Salary: £7.50- £9.50 per hour dependent on experience and qualifications in a
related role.
