$250-$545. Price depends on chosen accommodation & number of nights
COST FOR NON- RIDING SPOUSES or MEMBERS: $130-180 (double occupancy)
INCLUDED:
Room, stall (including initial bedding), use of all facilities (for those interested in use of cross
county course there will be an additional charge of $10 per rider per day), instruction, Sat. &
Sun. lunches, Fri. dinner, Sat. night Barbeque, soft drinks and breakfast. We do ask everyone to
contribute an appetizer, salad, side dish or dessert for one of the dinners.
NOT INCL:
Feed, hay, mucking, extra stall bedding, alcoholic drinks.
FACILITIES:
Pool, hot tub, tennis court, party room (Sore Ass Saloon), barbeque, lake, cross country course,
indoor arena, dressage and jumping rings, wash stalls, and scenic trails. There will be a $10.00
per rider per day charge for use of the cross country course. Turnout is limited and will be
assigned as required.

April 15. As space for riders taking lessons is strictly limited to 16 riders, we will accept
applicants by earliest postmark of completed applications and deposit check. Upon receipt of
your check and application, we will email confirmation of your booking. The balance is due by
May 13. APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE HONORED WITHOUT PAYMENT. Please
remember this camp fills up quickly, if you don’t make it in time we will have a ‘waiting list’ as
there are always a few cancellations.
INSTRUCTORS:
Luanne Leonard has taught at all the OPRC summer camps and is a very popular instructor. She received
her A rating in Pony Club and is now on the USPC show-jumping committee. Luanne has organized adult
and PC camps for the last 25 years.
Michelle Campbell has taught dressage classes for OPRC and at OPRC summer camp for several years.

Private lessons may be available; more information will follow at a later date.
This summer camp is for all riders who wish to improve their flat and jumping skills. Each lesson will
address problems that you and your horse may be having.
We will tailor individual needs which we address in the camp questionnaire to be sent out at a later date
after we have received applications. For group lessons riders will be divided into groups of four for flat
work and jumping lessons and, if there is enough interest, cross country schooling. There will be two
lessons for each group on Saturday and Sunday. Lesson times will be posted each morning. If the weather
is very hot we will not ride during the middle of the day. If it rains heavily there is a large indoor. There
are also some lovely trails around the lakes, which are mostly wooded and always cool.
BRING YOUR HORSE BUT NO LESSONS: Members who would like to bring their horses but
DO NOT want any lessons.
COST: From $250-$330. Price depends on number of nights.
Space limited to six and includes all of the above with the exception of lessons.
Piedmont also welcomes non- riding spouses and OPRC members who would like a break without their
horse. There is plenty to do at Penmerryl in addition to exploring this lovely historic area.
