Does CoachO require USATF number to register? No, the meet has been setup as a Club/Open meet.
CoachO limits the number of events I can enter? Not for a developmental meet. You will only see the
event/age restrictions at championship level meets.
How will my athlete receive their wristband? Wristbands will be distributed based on birth year at the
clerking area for all events. For field events this will also count as your check in.
Do all 4 names need to be listed for Relays in order for the team check in and/or run?
No. We understand that coaches and parents might need to make changes on the fly at these meets.
As long as you have four runners and they are checked in the team can run. Please be aware: this will
not be accepted for post-season meets.
What if I want to enter a relay team at the meet?
This will be fine if there is an open lane, and the team has checked in before final call. However please register
a team if you think there is a possibility. This helps cut out the guess work and allows the meet to run.
Will there be concessions?
There will be concessions available at the West end of the track.
Will blank waivers be available at the gate?
If you have registered on-line there is no need for a waiver. We will have very limited capacity to
process gate registrations.
Will the 100 m be run on both sides of the track?
No.
Will you be handing out awards? Where do I get my Ribbons?
Awards will be handed out at the awards tent by the finish line for all field & running races.
Awards will be for 1st to 6th place for all events.
Where will results be posted?
Results will be posted behind the grandstands. Please allow a few minutes from the end of the race for
times/marks to be entered and then sheets posted. Results may also be uploaded to
Albinaroadrunnerstrackclub.com if we electronic timing is available.
Parking?
There will be some parking available across the street at the west-end of the track.
I’ve never been to this track before. Where are the Event Areas?
There is space for spectating on the North side of the track and in the main stands. Some areas for canopies
and folding chairs can be stacked out on the NW and SE areas.
