Warranty System Information – Quick Start Guide
(Replacement for SAABIRIS Warranty system)
To access the system from the osc.orioautoparts.com portal:

Click on the Warranty tab on the far right side of the screen.
You will be connected seamlessly to the new Warranty System.

Go To OSC Tools
Select Warranty from the drop-down menu
Connect to the irisna.partsdealer.se gateway and SAABIRIS Warranty system as normal

Search – search existing claims by
Warranty Claims –
Reporting –
DMS File Transfers – (as in SAABIRIS) works best with Internet Explorer 9 or 10
Employee Admin – to add and maintain the list of Service Advisors/Technician at your location
Create Claim –similar to SAABIRIS but more user-friendly with “type-ahead dropdown” functions.
List Claims – options:
: View Read Only
: Edit or Create Appeal/Create Additional Credit
Drafts – options to View or Edit Draft Claims (Click on Column Heading to sort)
Submitted – options to View Submitted Claims (Click on Column Heading to sort)
In process – option to View In Process Claims (Click on Column Heading to sort)
Returned – options to View or Edit/Resubmit Returned Claims (Click on Column Heading to sort)
Rejected – options to View or Create Appeal for Rejected Claims (Click on Column Heading to sort)
Accepted – options to view or Create Additional Credits for Accepted Claims (Click on Column Heading to sort)
Reporting:
Click on Report Date link and corresponding report will be displayed

DMS File Transfers:

Note: as was with SAABIRIS Warranty, works best with Internet Explorer 9 or 10
Employee Admin – self-service screen to maintain your OSC’s Service Advisors and Technicians.
Service Advisor/Technician entry is required on most Warranty claims. This screen will enable you to maintain
your employees. Employees entered via this screen will show up as options on the Claim Entry screen Service
Advisor and Technician drop-down lists. At cutover to new system, your existing IRIS employees should be
preloaded for you.
Add New User:
Full Name – enter Employee name;
Employee ID – can be any unused 9-digit number. (such as 4-digit OSC number + 5-digit sequence number)
User Type – select primary job function.
