The Authentic Brick Oven Kit come s with high end industrial
grade quality materials on the market today that you would need
to build the brick oven. Each kit includes enough medium duty 9”
x 4.5” x 2.5” industrial grade firebricks to build the oven dome and
vent, and cooking floor. It also comes with high temp mortar,
dome insulation and floor insulation- along with the DIY Authentic
Brick Oven.
Your DIY Authentic Brick Oven Kit features only the best
industrial-grade materials, ensuring that your oven will reach and
hold pizza making temperature and retain heat for baking and
roasting. Our brick contains around 50 % silica and 35 % alumina.
This composition helps the oven to heat up and cool down
without causing structural issues. Medium duty firebrick helps to
establish the required temperature for baking pizza quicker than
other clay bricks. As the hearth made with medium duty firebrick
may cool down quickly, it will help to prolong the lifespan of the
oven. The Ceramic Fiber Board floor insulation are rated for 1900
degrees Fahrenheit and Ceramic Fiber Blanket dome insulation
are rated for 2,300 degrees Fahrenheit and are incredibly
efficient, and pre mixed Mortar is rated for 3000 degrees
Fahrenheit and is super wet enough you don’t need to wet the
brick for installation – saving you time.
We provide enough insulation for the oven dome and under the
oven floor to retain high heat inside the oven while keeping the
outside enclosure from heat loss. Making these ovens very
efficient.
