Late Fee $2 per minute, per child
Notification of Absence
Parents are required to notify their school‐age program by noon if their child will be absent from the program that day for any reason. If your child is absent from the program without notification, the staff must follow the "missing child" precedure (as outlined in the parent handbook), which takes the staff away from the duties with the other children at the center. Therefore, this "Non‐Notification of Absence" policy will be followed:
1) Written warning after the first "non‐notification" of your child's absence;
2) $25 fee assessed for each "non‐notification" thereafter.
