Please pre-package your pet's
usual food one meal per zip-lock
baggie.
Extended stay guests and multipet clients may bring the
original bag of feed and provide
measurement instructions for

If you prefer, Trillium will
provide quality Victor or
Zigniture brand dry feed at no
extra cost to you!
Leave your bowls at home,
Trillium will provide your pet
with sanitary stainless steel
dishware for food and water.
Medications should be in the
original container with the
medication name, dosage, and
prescribing veterinarian’s name
and phone number clearly
legible.
Contagious pets will not be
admitted under any
circumstances.
Pets requiring injections must
get prior approval from
management and will be
handled on a case by case basis.

Beginning on day 15, extended
stay guests will receive a 10%
discount off the entire boarding
basic rate. Beginning on the
15th day dogs will receive one
free Play Area per day for the
remainder of that visit.
Four or more pets from the
same owner/household will
receive 10% off the basic
boarding rate.
Trillium Pet Care also provides
doggie DayPlay,
professional pet grooming,
and lifestyle obedience classes.
We have separate facilities
for our feline guests!
Policies
All dogs are charged full rate on the
first calendar day they arrive
regardless of the time of drop off.
Pets picked up during regular
morning hours on departure day will
receive a half day discount. Rates are
per calendar day of the week and not
per night or 24 hour period. The
minimum fee for an overnight visit is
the boarding rate x 1 ½ days. Rates
are per pet. Payment is due when
you pick up your dog by cash, check,
money order, debit or credit card, or
travelers check. Rates and
requirements are subject to change
without notice. There is a $25 fee for
non-sufficient checks. Trillium
reserves the right to refuse any pet
for any reason. Pet owners remain
responsible for their pet's actions.
Dogs arriving with parasites will be
treated by the kennel or a
veterinarian at an additional expense
to the owner. Absolutely no drop off
or pick up outside of our regular
client hours. Please kindly provide 24
hour notice of cancellations. All pets
must arrive on a leash or confined in
a pet carrier. Please no flexi style
retractable leads.

The philosophy at Trillium Pet Care

Our standard boarding service for
dogs includes the following:

Dog boarding rate - $15.50 per day,
including any portion of a calendar day.
Peak Season - $17.50 per day,
including any portion of a calendar day.
Peak Season rate runs from
Memorial Day through and including
Labor Day. Also, the major holidays
of Thanksgiving, Christmas,
New Year’s Day, and Easter.

Vaccination Requirements
Packages may not be split
between days or between pets.
Trillium Pet Care is a vaccine safe
facility. Please bring written proof of
your dog’s immunizations. The
duration of vaccine effectiveness will
be based on the expiration date
provided by your veterinarian. For
optimum protection vaccines should
be brought current two weeks prior
to boarding or grooming. This will
allow your dog’s immune system time
to form antibodies for the highest
degree of protection. Dog owners
MUST specifically request the Canine
Cough and Canine Influenza vaccines
as some area vets do not routinely
administer these.

Customize the Comfort
FLEECE BLANKET - $5 per visit
Guests are welcome to bring a tshirt or standard bath towel from
home as a comfort item. Other
fabric items are not permitted.
Toys over 2" in diameter are
welcome too. Please clearly label
items from home. If you desire
added comfort in addition to the
cot we provide, consider adding a
cozy fleece blanket of artificial
lamb's wool to your dog's visit.
