On behalf of the Pennsylvania Association of Floodplain Managers I would like to extend an invitation to your organization
to support the 2015 PAFPM Annual Fall Meeting by attending or sponsoring. For sponsors, your organization will receive
advertising in meeting materials and on our web site. By attending, you will be able to network with over one hundred
federal, state, County, municipal and private regulators and practitioners focused on floodplain management. Our
meetings also are accepted for Continuing Education Credits.
The Annual Meeting has been scheduled for September 16 – 17, 2015 at the Crowne Plaza in Harrisburg. A Call for
abstracts and registration flyer will be forthcoming. In order to become a sponsor, please complete the enclosed form.
The sooner you sponsor, the more exposure you get with over 100 hits a month on the web site.

The Reception Sponsor ($3,000) will receive special acknowledgement during the meeting, your logo on screen
during meeting, in all distributed materials and on our web site, a one-page flyer (provided by you) in attendee
materials, and 3 complimentary registrations, as well as an opportunity to address the group during the reception.

Gold Sponsors ($1,500) will receive your logo on screen during meeting, in all distributed materials and on our
web site, a one-page flyer (provided by you) in attendee materials, and 2 complimentary registrations.

Silver Sponsors ($1,000) will receive your logo on screen during meeting, in all distributed materials and on our
web site and 2 complimentary registrations.

Bronze Sponsors ($500) will receive your logo on screen during meeting, in all distributed materials and on our
web site and 1 complimentary registration.
To become a sponsor, please complete the enclosed form and return it with a check in the enclosed envelope by June 1,
2015. In addition to a completed Sponsorship Form, please forward your organization’s hi-resolution logo (in .jpeg
format) to Kelly Lougee at [email protected]. This will ensure that your company is appropriately recognized both on our
website and in meetings materials. This is an excellent opportunity to gain recognition among your colleagues while
actively supporting PAFPM.
