This low impact exercise program is designed for men and women diagnosed with or are at the risk of osteoporosis. There are two classes available. One meets on Wednesdays from 1:00 - 2:30PM at the Senior Center and the other meets on Thursdays from 10:00am-11:30 at the Main Library (Halsey Rd.). There is a suggested donation for the series.
