Coppelia Tickets
Costume & Rental Fees
Tickets are now on sale!!!
The rentals fees list is now posted on the bulletin
board. If your child/children are level 4 and above.
Level 3 boys are $25.00. Please check the list and make
your rental payment as soon as possible. THANK YOU!
All costumes are available for pick up after spring
break.They can be picked up at your child's regular
soon. ONLY COSTUMES THAT ARE PAID FOR WILL BE
GIVEN OUT!
You can order your tickets online at
www.sarasotaopera.org, by calling the box office at
(941) 328-1300 or by visiting the box office at 61 N.
Pineapple Ave., Sarasota , FL. The box office is open
M-F 10:00 – 4:00.
Ticket prices are $30.00 for adults and $16.00 for
children 12 and under. If you have a child performing in
ACT 1 ONLY, you can purchase a $8.00 student
performer ticket. These tickets can be purchased by
going to the box office or by phone, they CANNOT be
purchased online. The box office has a list of those who
qualify for the $8.00 ticket.
We are offering group rate tickets to organizations such
as church groups, nursing homes, assisted livings, etc.
The group rate tickets will be $25.00 per person for
groups of 15 or more (this is for adult tickets only, if a
child is in the group they will pay the same as an adult)
In order to purchase group tickets you must talk with
Ms. Diane and she will give you the name of the "group
rate" contact.
There will also be $12.00 student rush tickets available
one hour prior to the performance. Students must be 22
and under and have valid student ID.
PERFORMANCE: MAY 16, 2015 AT 7:00PM
TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!!!
Registration
Early Registration forms will be available beginning
Monday, May 4th for the 2015-2016 classes. Early
registration fees will be $35.00 & $40.00 for the 2016
end of the year performance fee. Registration fees will
go up to $40.00 (+ $45.00 end of the year performance
fee) after June 1st. The new 2015-2016 class schedule
will go up prior to the registration beginning date.
Coppelia Rehearsal
Saturday rehearsal schedules for April 11, 18 & 25 will
be sent out shortly. Please be aware that all levels will
be included in these Saturday rehearsals.THESE ARE
VERY IMPORTANT REHEARSALS, so please check your
child’s rehearsal times.

We will be posting a Coppelia t-shirt order sheet soon.
Please keep an eye on the board for details!

Volunteer Sheets
Coppelia Ads
Volunteer sheets for Coppelia are posted in the
studio. If you would like to volunteer during the dress
rehearsal, the performance, or both please be sure to
sign up. There will be a MANDATORY volunteer
meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 7:30PM.
We ask that you please do not add lines to the sheet.
The number of lines provided for each level are the
number of volunteers we need!!! Thank you!
If you would like to place an ad in the Coppelia
performance program, please print and fill out the
attached ad form and return it and your payment to
Mr. Rey before April 18, 2015 .
Summer Programs
Summer program information is posted on the bulletin
board in the studio. We have tried to offer a variety of
camps and classes to fit most everyone's budget.
A minimum of 5 must sign up for a particular camp or
workshop for us to have it. If there are not 5 people
signed up by May 15th we will have to cancel the
camp/workshop due to lack of interest. So if your child
is interested please sign up before the MAY 15th
deadline.
If your child signs up for all weeks of workshops or
intensives we are offering a SPECIAL DISCOUNTED RATE
for the extended class sessions. If you would like more
details, please contact Ms. Diane, she will be happy to
talk to you about the specials!!!
Special discounted rates do not apply to camp levels.
Photos
COPPELIA PHOTO SESSIONS
April 11th & 12th are the only Coppelia photo
session. A sign up sheet is posted on the bulletin
board in the studio. The cost will be $75.00 per
photo session CD. Checks are to be made payable to
Frank Atura.
