Peace Hospice Care depends on many local businesses and companies
for support. By working together we do something amazing and make
life better for those affected by serious illness.
Alongside their everyday business needs, our corporate partners want

How we can work together
We work with companies of all sizes to come up with unique and tailored partnerships, many of which
incorporate a number of different elements:
Be a proud sponsor. We have some amazing events from our prestigious House of Lords champagne dinner
to our annual, muddy obstacle run ‘Push it for the Peace’.
Enter a team. Get your staff involved in a range of challenges, from fun runs to skydives! And if you run a
matched giving scheme, you will really spur your employees on.
Give a donation or a gift in kind. We value every donation as well as any gifts in kind, many of which are
showcased as prizes in our raffles and auctions.
Hold an event of your own. From dress down days to putting on a pub quiz, getting behind your own
event can be one of the most rewarding things to do as well as one of the most fun.
Set up payroll giving. It’s an easy and tax efficient way to make a big difference.
Volunteering. Every hour of your time makes such a difference.

Every gift makes a huge difference
£100 will fund a Bereavement Programme for one of our clients
£350 will fund a patient to receive care for a day in our Inpatient Unit
£1,000 will fund the cost of our Hospice at Home service for a day £5,750 will fund the cost of running our Bereavement Service for a month
£10,000 will fund the running costs of our Day Services at the Starlight Centre for a month
