SPECIAL INFORMATION
Campers have the option to bring a lunch or purchase lunch. Lunch menu is posted on the
PVCS website under the Camp section.
Please complete, detach, and return the Camp Registration Form (last page) along with
your deposit. Checks should be made payable to Penn View Christian School. Camp space
is limited and will be filled on a first come first served basis. Full balance is due no later
than June 7, 2015
Please enroll your child in the age appropriate camp. All younger students must be toilettrained.
Please note: once camps begin there will be no refunds.
Coed Soccer: sunscreen & water bottle are needed (+shin guards for older campers)
Field Hockey: sunscreen, water bottle, mouth & shin guards are needed (sticks are available to borrow during camp)
All-Sports: sunscreen & water bottle are needed
Lacrosse: sunscreen, water bottle & mouth guard are needed
CLEATS—are not required for any of the sports camps. If your camper wears cleats, indoor
shoes are required (slides or sneakers are perfect; socks alone/bare feet are not permitted). In the event of rain — sneakers are needed for indoor activities. Cleats cannot be
worn indoors.

has been cancelled, you will receive an email notifying you as such.

Before and After Camp Care
To accommodate working parents/guardians, supervised activities are offered
after camp from 2:00—5:00 PM or 3:30—5:00 PM (depending upon ending time of
PM Camp). Activities include supervised play and games as well as computer lab
activities. If you need before-camp care, we do offer care from 7:30—8:30 AM as
well.

Deposit




A non-refundable deposit of $93.00 is due with registration.
A confirmation letter indicating amount due will be sent upon receipt of deposit. Balance is due by June 7, 2015.
Please have all registrations submitted by June 7, 2015.
Weekly sibling discount: $5.00 off each camp registration with the
registration of 2 or more children (siblings only) for the same week of camp.
This discount does not apply to any Push The Rock Camps.
