Laser engraving on wood objects create a deep image that appear branded or
burnt into the object. The exact appearance of engraving depends on the type
of wood.

PAD PRINTING

SCREEN PRINTING
DIGITAL/PAPER PROOFS AND PRE-PRODUCTION PROOFS
photographically transferred to the screen, which works like a stencil. As ink is
wiped across the screen, it passes through the unblocked pores and imprints
the desired surface. Screen printing is available for larger items, including our
Recycled Eco-Friendly Bag.
Digital/paper proofs are free. Physical pre-production proofs are $50.00 (G) plus shipping, taxes and product cost.
Please note that digital/paper proofs are mandatory with every order. All digital/paper proofs must be signed and
emailed or faxed back to PENUSA in order to proceed to production.
ARTWORK FORMATS
DEBOSSING
Please send black & white vector artwork via email to [email protected] artwork is digital artwork in which
geometric shapes are represented by mathematical equations. Due to its mathematical foundation, vector art is
infinitely scalable and can be enlarged/reduced repeatedly without loss of quality.Raster art or pixel-based artwork is
not acceptable for imprint methods as it does not offer the clean geometric lines necessary for imprint methods.
Debossing is the impression of an image into a material’s surface, creating
a depressed imprint that can be both seen and felt. It is offered on our
leatherette products, including portfolios, business card holders and journals.
The artwork submitted must be originally created in EPS or CDR format as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, or EPS are
the only acceptable files. Fonts/text in EPS or CorelDraw files must be converted to outlines or curves. All files must
be at least 300 dpi resolution and require no additional touch-ups or modifications. The production department
reserves the right to determine acceptability of artwork. If artwork needs to be retouched/recreated or converted
from unacceptable formats such as JPG or PSD, charges may apply. They will be determined before any work is done.
Additional charges may apply if the artwork needs converting and/or requires more than 30 minutes of additional
work. Artwork that requires touch-ups, color separation, or design work will be quoted based on a charged out rate
of $25.00 (G) per hour or as per quotation.
HEAT TRANSFER
In this method, ink is reverse printed onto special release paper and then
applied to the product using pressure and heat. Heat Transfer is a good
method for multi-color imprints. Please inquire for pricing details.
PERSONALIZATION
Individual name personalization can be added to all or a partial quantity of an
items. Available by engraving only.
BMP, DOC, GIF, JPG, PDF, PSD or TIFF files are NOT acceptable. Printed letterheads, business cards, faxed or
scanned artwork are unusable forms of artwork and NOT acceptable.
PMS COLOR MATCHING
Pantone Matching System (PMS) colors are the best way to let us know what colors are expected. We make
reasonable efforts to match these colors. However, we do not offer exact color matches due to the limitations of
the production process. Exact color cannot be guaranteed.

PAYMENT TERMS
First-time customers must provide a credit card number for all new orders. We do not accept
American Express as the preferred method is Visa and/or MasterCard. Credit checks on new accounts
are subject for approval and may take up to two weeks. In order to apply for credit, customers need to
provide trade references. Approved credit is valid on customers’ second orders. Net 30 days is provided for

Select writing instruments are absolutely guaranteed against mechanical failure, irrespective of age.
Any Penusa writing instrument or part needing service under this warranty will be repaired or replaced at
no charge when received at our service center. Any such item that is no longer available and/or cannot be
repaired will be replaced by an equivalent Penusa product.
Warranty Exclusion: Ink refills, erasers, and leads depleted from normal use. Damages caused by impact,
