High knowledgeable with respect to setup, operation and maintenance of different apparatus and machines used in small (laboratories level) and large (real) scale production of solid and semisolid drug products such as: Single-punch and multi-stations tablets pressers; Handoperated, Auger and Vibrational-assisted capsules filling machines; Roller, Cutter and Ball millers; Planatary, Drum and V-type Blenders; Multi-purposes Fluidized bed dryer (FBD); USP/ BP Disintegration and Dissolution testers; Zeta-potential assessors; and Cone plate and Spindle Viscometers. 4. Familiar with working conditions of many devices utilized for drug analysis including UV-single/double beam spectrophotometers and High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). (iii) Statistical Modeling Well experienced in selection, creation, analysis and findings' interpretations of both descriptive and inferential statistical models that related to Pharmaceutical sciences including development and optimization of drug delivery systems, determination and evaluation of basic and clinical drug pharmacokinetics and fitting of in-vitro/in-vivo drug data to any mathematical models (linear and non-linear ones) 15 Research Interest 1. Design, development, and optimization of controlled release per oral tablet formulations. 2. Statistical design application in development and optimization of targeted drug delivery systems. 3. Solid dispersion and dissolution-enhancing technology. 4. Determination and evaluation of the possible influences that variation in sources and grades of different pharmaceutical excipients might have on the performance of drugs and/or delivery systems. 5. Development, optimization and drug delivery of Nanotechnology based Pharmaceutical formulations. 6. Searching for suitability of many locally produced food stuff as pharmaceutical excipients. 16
