What is the first thing you look at on your phone of a morning?
I check my bank account balance - every day in every way I grow my net wealth. I moved from
measuring my success based on income to net wealth.
What is your number one tip for real estate agents?
Book 3 appointments per day. Start early in the morning to make your calls with the goal of booking 3
appointments. If you do 60 appointments a month, you'd easily find 6-7 listings per month.
Do you have any hidden talents?
Motorbikes! People rarely expect it.
