2015 Auction Donation Request Letter

Dear Friend,
Pilgrim Lutheran School, a private, non-profit Pre-K-8th grade school, invites you to be part of our event.
On April 11th, 2015 we will be hosting our Annual Gala and Silent Auction at the Nike World
Headquarters. We anticipate approximately 300 guests at this function and the funds raised provide
upgrades in technology for student, teacher and classroom computers, a range of Music and Fine Arts
programs, financial aid to provide optimal education to our students. Pilgrim Lutheran has earned a spot
among the top 4% of schools in the nation and is recognized by John Hopkins University as a Top Oregon
School. To make this event as exciting and extravagant as we hope we will need your help!
Please consider supporting our event by donating gift certificates, merchandise or services. In exchange,
you will receive some excellent community exposure and advertising. With a donation valued at $50.00
or higher your company name and website will be listed in the Digital Auction Catalog that we will send
to our members and local media prior to the Auction.
Pilgrim Lutheran School is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization (Tax ID #93-0504694) and all donations
are tax deductible.
We will gladly pick up your donation, or it can be mailed to the school address listed below. In order for
your item to be included in the Digital Auction Catalog we must receive it by Monday, March 16th, 2015.
Please fill out the attached Donation Form and return it [email protected] or you can drop it off
with your donation at the school at 5650 SW Hall Blvd, Beaverton OR 97005. If you have any questions
