The Pines’ 2015 Summer Playground Program
Playground Program:
The Summer Playground Program is an 8week, Monday through Friday, recreational
day camp for children who have completed
Kindergarten-Grade 5. The camp day runs
from 8:30am-3: 30pm at the Pines Community
Center.
We have a new camp theme every week!
Dates: (tentative, depending on last day of school)
Week 1. June 22- 26 Week 2. June 29-July 2
Week 3. July 6-10
Week 4. July 13-17
Week 5. July 20-24
Week 6. July 27-31
Week 7. August 3-7 Week 8.* August 10-14
Swim Lessons: Lessons will be June 29-July 9,
times TBA. Transportation provided.
Daily Schedule:
Children will participate in a number of activities
throughout the day. Some of these activities may
include but are not limited to, sports, arts and
crafts, playground games, and themed activities.
Breakfast & lunch available through BelknapMerrimack Community Action Program.

Extended Care:
Extended care hours are available from as early as
7:00am to as late as 5:30pm for an additional cost.
Ages: Children who have completed Kindergarten
through Grade 5.

Basic Program Fees
Tilton and Northfield Residents- $55.00 per week, Weeks 1-7
$70.00 for Week 8
Non–Residents - $65.00 per week, Weeks 1-7
$80.00 for Week 8
Swimming Lessons for Tilton and Northfield Residents - $50.00
Non-Residents - $60.00
Extended Care Fees
Before Care 7:00-8:30am
$10.00 per week for T-N residents
$20.00 per week for non-residents
After Care 3:30-5:30pm
$10.00 per week for T-N residents
$20.00 per week for non-residents
Payment in full by May 15th will receive a 10% discount off total cost
Registration Information
Registration is on a first-come first-served basis through June 12th. We have a maximum of
100 spaces available. A non-refundable minimum payment of $100 is due at registration in
order to hold your child’s spot, with the full balance due by Friday, June 12, 2015. ALL
summer fees must be PAID IN FULL by this date. We accept payments on account now to
ease the burden of a lump sum payment on June 12th. Make arrangements for this NOW!
If payment in full is not received by June 12th, your child will not be allowed to participate
in the program. A late fee of $50 will be added to any registrations received after June 12th
and children will be placed on a Waiting List.
Families needing assistance should apply at the Pines between April 1 & May 1.
Applications for assistance MUST be received by the Pines by May 1.
