form. We ask that each registered team understand before event day that this is
no ordinary cornhole game!
Make checks payable to: PSCS Cornhole Tournament. Mail to
PSCS, PO Box 95, Cornelius, NC, 28031 attn Toss n’ Sauce.
A confirmation email will be sent to Player #1 once we have received your
completed form with payment.. All mailed checks must be postmarked by
April 3rd to receive the Early Bird rate. Please do not mail registrations after
April 10th. You may bring a printed registration the day of the event if you are
unable to mail it before the final deadline of April 10th.
