A message from our District Superintendents...
The 2015 Penn Jersey District Conference is fast approaching!
This year’s dates are Wednesday and Thursday, June 10 and 11.
Our pastors and delegates will gather in Allentown, PA to do the
important work of the district. We will celebrate what God has
done this past year through our churches and recommit to the
Lord as we press on and reach more people with Christ’s love and
forgiveness.
We are blessed to have Dr. Bud Bence with us at Wednesday’s
banquet to share his acclaimed one-man drama of Luther Lee,
one of our Wesleyan founders. As we listen to words from one of
the “great cloud of witnesses” may we ready ourselves to be
inspired to lock arms together once again as a district family,
united in heart and soul. You are ALL appreciated and we know
you are committed to being “guest ready and God-ready” for the
sake of His Kingdom.

A separate registration form is enclosed. The pastor or an appointed person from your local church will
register all delegates and non-voting guests who will be attending the conference. Fill out the registration
form and return to the District Office by May 15 with full payment. Please print the information legibly.

$70 per Conference delegate covers all
conference activities, materials and meals
(Wednesday dinner, Thursday breakfast
and
lunch). Although the following people must
register, this fee is waived for Lay DBA Members,
Penn-Jersey Retired Ministers/Spouses and
Conference tellers.
All delegates must be registered on the
registration form. Please make your check or
money order payable to Penn-Jersey District.
$50 per guest includes conference activities and
meals (Wednesday dinner, Thursday breakfast
buffet and lunch). Guests MUST pre-register if they
want to eat their meals with the Conference group.
All non-voting guests must be registered on the
registration form. Please make your check or
money order payable to Penn-Jersey District.
Name Tags
Delegate Changes
Each person who is registered will receive a name tag to be worn
at all times. It is needed at the conference and for meals to show
that you are with the Penn-Jersey District. At the close of the
conference, your name tag will be collected for recycling.

Each church group is responsible to make their own hotel reservations. These costs are not included in the
Conference registration fee. Holiday Inn Conference Center has given us a special rate of $109.89 (includes
tax) per night. Hotel reservations MUST be made by May 12. After May 12 the rate will go up significantly
and room availability cannot be guaranteed. Use the online booking tool (link found on

request the Penn-Jersey District Conference rate.

Conference registration and hotel check-in is on Wednesday from 3 to 5:15 PM.
Delegates will need to check-out of the hotel before the business session begins on Thursday morning at 9

exceptions to the check-out time.
