Registration
Registration fee is 150 Euro and includes tuition, educational materials, live surgical
demonstration, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks (Friday, Saturday) and lunch (Saturday).
All registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis.
Cancellations must be made by e-mail before May 1, 2015. A handling fee of 40 Euro is
deducted for cancellation. No refunds will be made thereafter.
