Promoting values, providing solutions to the issues we face in our territories: ambitious objectives which need to be reaffirmed and clarified Although it accounts for a relatively small part of local budgets, this public policy should be ambitious in the objectives it aims to achieve, because it has a real capacity to contribute to providing solutions to numerous issues we face in our territories: social cohesion, citizen participation, inclusive governance, territorial animation, reinforcement of the international perspective of people – especially youth – and of all stakeholders in a given territory, underline the territorial dimension of environmental stakes.
