POINT 5CC MAKES A DIFFERENCE
ANNUAL SURGERY FUND
BINDER DONATION
Each year Point 5cc aims to raise as much money as possible from private donations
and from each sale of Point 5cc clothing and gear – a portion of every purchase goes
directly to the fund.
Point 5cc gives back to the community by
providing lightly-used, free binders (chest
compression garments) to any and all that
purchase a t-shirt.
In 2014, Point 5cc received a record 57 nominations and 103 applications for our
surgery fund. Right now, Point 5cc stands to donate over $1,450 to one trans* or gender
non-conforming winner, awarded early 2015. The annual surgery fund is a critically
important and core part of the Point 5cc mission.
To date, Point 5cc has given away over
300 binders to trans* or gender nonconforming people in need!
When you support Point 5cc through partnership, you support

Advertising on Point 5cc’s website is an easy way to directly
reach the trans* and LGB/allied market while supporting a great
cause (100% of advertising revenue goes to our surgery fund).

2015 Sponsorship Opportunities
The Point 5cc Surgery Fund was created from the start. Founder Aydian Dowling started making tee shirts and selling them online to raise
funds for his own top surgery. After the
help received from many people buying shirts and thus donating money, Aydian was
able to complete
his top surgery in July 2012. Aydian decided to keep the company open – but only if he could give back some the
made to the community who helped fund his surgery. That is how the Point 5cc Surgery Fund started, and today is one of only a few
funds of its kind serving the trans* community. With your support, we can greatly increase the
support or number of recipients.
Surgery Fund Gold Sponsorship: $1,500 (limit 1)
• Acknowledgement in all print, web, and marketing collateral
as the Gold Sponsor of the Point 5cc Surgery fund with logo
placement and name most prominent;
• Logo placement on banners at any Pride event Point 5cc tables at
during summer 2015;
• Inclusion of company name as Gold Sponsor in any press releases

• Dedicated section on top of Surgery Fund webpage promoting
