NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER, PLAY OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT
IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
ELIGIBILITY: The NHRA Pit Crew Experience Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open
only to eligible individuals who, as of the date of entry, are legal residents of and residing in the
contiguous 48 United States (including the District of Columbia and excluding Alaska and
Hawaii), are 18 years of age or older, who have reached the age of majority in their state of
residence, and either an active-duty U.S. Military Service Member or U.S. Veteran. Employees
of Polaris Industries Inc., (“Polaris” and “Sponsor”), GMR Marketing LLC (“GMR” and
“Administrator”), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, dealerships, promotion and
other vendor agencies involved in this Sweepstakes (the “Released Parties”), as well as the
immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of
each such employee, are not eligible to enter or win. Void for residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and
where prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and
local laws and regulations.
HOW TO ENTER: Visit www.VictoryMotorcycles.com (“Website”) between approximately
12:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 8, 2015 and 11:59 pm ET on May 17, 2015 (the
“Sweepstakes Period”) and click the designated area to complete the Official Online Entry Form,
with your first and last name, e-mail address, zip code, daytime phone number, Military branch;
time served in the Military; whether you are a current Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America
Member or not, and whether you are Victory Motorcycle owner, verify eligibility, accept the
Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and press “Submit” during the Sweepstakes Period.
Once you have completed this process, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. All
entries must be received by 11:59 pm ET on May 17, 2015 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry
per person/authorized e-mail account holder.
Subsequent entries from the same eligible individual will be automatically disqualified from the
Sweepstakes. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than the stated number of Sweepstakes
entries will void all of that person’s Sweepstakes entries. Sponsor, GMR, and their affiliates are
not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries.
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:
One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest for a Pit Crew
Experience at a NHRA race (NHRA race is determined at the sole discretion of the sponsor).
Grand Prize includes: Round-trip, coach-class airfare for the Grand prize winner and one (1)
guest from an airport determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor; four (4) nights’ hotel
accommodations (hotel to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, in one (1) doubleoccupancy room, excluding room service, meals, and other incidentals); two (2) tickets for the
Grand Prize winner and guest to attend a NHRA race and Victory Club (race, tickets, and seats
to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); meet and greet with Matt and Amy Smith
for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest (details to be determined at the sole discretion of
the Sponsor); one (1) Exclusive NHRA Race Day experience for the Grand Prize winner and one
(1) guest (details to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); and $750 spending cash
to the Grand Prize winner only, awarded in the form of a corporate check. The Approximate
Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,350.
Grand Prize Additional Terms: Travel air carriers, hotel accommodations, activities,
and all elements of the Grand Prize will be determined solely by the Sponsor in its sole
discretion. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. Grand Prize trip may not be
combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles.
Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Winner and guest must
possess any necessary valid travel documents (e.g., valid government-issued photo ID) in
order to travel. Seat selection and timing of trip are subject to availability and
confirmation of reservations and any charges incurred while booking travel are winner’s
sole responsibility. No refunds or credits for changes are allowed. All other expenses and
costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, federal, state, and local
taxes, tips, entertainment, transfers, meals, and transportation to and from
winner’s/guest’s home residences are the winner’s/guest’s sole responsibilities.
Winner and guest, if any, must comply with all venue rules and regulations; failure to do
so may result in forfeiture of such portion of the Grand Prize. The Sponsor shall have the
right, but not the obligation, to conduct a publicity and background check of any and all
records (including, without limitation civil and criminal court records and police reports)
of the Grand Prize winner and winner’s guests, if any, and, based on such results, may
disqualify the winner and/or guest, in its sole discretion. Winner and guest, if any, agree
to authorize and cooperate with such publicity and background check.
Non-cash portion of the Grand Prize is subject to availability. These are estimated values
only. The actual value of the Grand Prize is expected to vary, based on the point of
origination, airfare fluctuations, and hotel pricing. If the actual value of the travel portion
of prize is less than stated, the difference will not be awarded in cash, and no such claim
will be honored. If the Grand Prize winner resides within 300 miles of the travel
destination, alternate arrangements to travel by ground transport or auto may be made by
the Sponsor and the Grand Prize winner and the value of prize adjusted accordingly.
The Grand Prize trip must be completed on the dates specified by the Sponsor/GMR, or
the Grand Prize winner shall forfeit the Grand Prize in its entirety.
Prize consists only of items specifically listed as part of the prize. Prize is non-transferable and
no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor
reserves the right to substitute prize of the same approximate retail value. Sponsor will issue an
IRS Form 1099-MISC to the Grand Prize winner. Approximate Retail Value is as of the time the
Official Rules were printed, and the value of the prize may fluctuate. Winner is not entitled to
any difference between the ARV and the actual value of the prize at the time the prize is
awarded.
Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received.
GRAND PRIZE WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The potential Grand Prize
winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 21, 2015 in accordance with these
Official Rules on Sponsor’s behalf by GMR, an independent organization. The potential Grand
Prize winner will be notified by e- mail/phone to the e-mail address/daytime phone number
provided by the potential Grand Prize winner during the Sweepstakes entry process on or about
May 22, 2015 by GMR. The potential Grand Prize winner will have seventy two (72) hours from
the time of the first e-mail/phone notification to respond with their shipping address (no P.O.
Boxes accepted) or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected, time permitting.
The potential Grand Prize winner must complete, sign, and return the presented affidavit
of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, and appropriate tax documents (the
“Documents”) within seven (7) calendar days of delivery of the Documents, or the prize will
be forfeited in its entirety. Further proof or verification of identity and qualifications may be
required along with a background and/or records check. Failure to oblige will result in
disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify a potential Grand
Prize winner for any of the following reasons: (a) non-compliance with these Official Rules; (b)
in the event that a Grand Prize notification is returned as undeliverable or prize is declined; (c)
information showing that the entry was defective or failed to comply with these Official Rules
and randomly select an alternate potential Grand Prize winner, time permitting. Return of any
prize or prize notification as undeliverable or failure to accept any prize within the specified time
period may, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize.
Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

Grand Prize Winner’s Guest: The potential Grand Prize winner must designate one (1)
guest within seven (7) calendar days of delivery of the Documents. The guest must be
18 years of age or older. In addition, at the same time as the Grand Prize winner
completes his/her Documents, the guest must sign and return a publicity release and a
liability release. Failure for a guest to complete and return the Documents in time
specified by the Sponsor may result in that guest’s disqualification and forfeiture of the
guest’s portion of the prize.
ONLINE REGISTRATION: If for any reason the Internet portion of this Sweepstakes is not
capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering,
unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of
Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct
of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual
who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this
Sweepstakes. In any such event, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, will randomly select the
winner(s) from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such
termination, suspension or cancellation. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any
error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of,
entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of
any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer
equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of
technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination
thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to
or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION:
ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE
LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF
CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE,
SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT
PERMITTED BY LAW. Entries made by Internet will be declared made by the authorized
account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is
defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider,
online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is
responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email
address.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering the Sweepstakes, participants release and hold
harmless the Released Parties and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates,
directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or
damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize won,
including any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the use or
misuse of a prize. By entering, participants agree that they may be contacted by Sponsor or GMR
via daytime phone or e-mail for purposes of Sweepstakes administration. Sponsor is not
responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the
Sweepstakes or in the announcement of prizes. In the event Sponsor is prevented from
continuing with this Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is
undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake,
explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot
or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state
or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not
reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall
have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the
Sweepstakes without further obligation and, if so, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the
obligation, to award the prize from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of
such Force Majeure event. All entries are the property of Sponsor and are not returnable.
PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited, entry into the Sweepstakes and acceptance
of a prize grants to Sponsor and its designees the right to use each entrant’s name and winner's
name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness
and prize information in perpetuity for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media
now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, without further compensation, or
consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.
DISPUTES: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF
MINNESOTA WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT-OF-LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition
of participating in this Sweepstakes, each participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot
be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this
sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action,
exclusively before a court located in Minnesota having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute,
under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all
rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’
fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering
this sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or
increased.
