POMPE 3P – HOLLOW DISK PUMPS
The hollow disk, during its rotary-oscillating motion, causes a vacuum sucking the fluid inside the pump; in
the meantime it pushes the fluid already present in the chamber to the delivery pipe.
Because of their particular features, Pompe3P hollow disk pumps are indicated for pumping liquids with low,
medium, high or very high viscosity even in presence of moderate contents of solid particles in suspension.

POMPE 3P – GEAR PUMPS
Adopted since decades to convey fluids of low, medium, high
and very high viscosity, Pompe 3P Gear Pumps find their ideal
application in fluids dosing operations being the pump’s flow
rate directly proportional to the number of revolutions of the
gears. Even though there is a minimal reflux of fluid (due to the
necessary gap between gears and the casing) the ratio between
revolutions and flow rate maintains unaltered.
The only drawback of gear pumps is that solid particles in
suspension are to be avoided since their presence would
sensibly accelerate a normally long wear out period.
Pompe 3P possesses a very wide range of gear pumps that can meet any
requirements. Should our standard range not be sufficient to bring the
ideal solution to a particular requirement, our tradition in customizing and
personalizing to specific needs will make the difference.

POMPE 3P – SCREW PUMPS
Pompe 3P screw pumps are externally
supported positive displacement rotary
pumps.
One or two pairs of screws operate
without touching; a minimal gap is
ensured by Pompe 3P production technology that allows reaching
finishing tolerances of ± 5µm. The result of our screw pumps is a
constant, pulsation-free flow rate, with a high suction capacity , hence a
very low NPSH rate.
As for gear pumps, the drawback of screw pumps is the incompatibility
with fluids that carry solid particles in suspension.
