• Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. with a box lunch
• Driving Range/Chipping Green/Putting Green available prior to the event
• Four person/captain’s choice modified shotgun at 12:30 p.m.
• Awards dinner following the tournament
• Prizes will be awarded for closest to the pin and longest drive, and to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams
• Raffle tickets will be sold for great prizes! Two Mulligans per player will be sold at the registration table
• Cost: $85 per golfer; $340 per foursome (Includes green fees, cart, range balls, a box lunch, refreshments
and dinner)
• The goal of the Tournament is to raise money for our Scholarship Fund. Please note that funds from the
Hole/Contest Sponsors, Raffle and Mulligans provide the money needed for our Scholarship Fund, no
portion of the registration fee contributes any monies to the scholarship fund

Support the Scholarship Fund
The Potomac Section of ASHE awards a scholarship to a deserving student pursuing a B.S. degree in civil
engineering or a related field. The proceeds raised by the golf tournament will provide a substantial portion
of the $5,000 scholarship fund. Your support and participation in this event is appreciated.
