Exceptionally strong, easy to prepare and suitable for a variety of finished floor options, USG Durock™
Brand Quik-Top™ White and USG Durock™ Brand Quik-Top™ Gray self-leveling underlayments are ideal
for any job that requires a fast turnaround.
EASY PREPARATION
USG Durock™ Quik-Top self-leveling underlayments do not require shotblasting. Floor surface simply
needs to be clean, sound, dry and primed.
QUICK INSTALL
USG Durock™ Quik-Top self-leveling underlayments’ quick set times and high production rates help to
minimize downtime due to floor rehab and repair work, allowing businesses to reopen the next day.
You can:
• Pour over existing vinyl well-bonded to a dry, stable concrete surface1
• Pour over water-based, cut back or solvent based adhesives2
• Install floor coverings 15 hours after underlayment application

EXCLUSIVE 10-YEAR LIMITED SYSTEM WARRANTY
A 10-year limited system warranty applies when using USG Durock™ Brand X2 Primer-Sealer, USG
Durock™ Brand Quik-Top self-leveling underlayment and an XL Brands® manufactured adhesive. When
used in a nonsystem application, USG Durock™ X2 primer-sealer has a one-year limited warranty.

Notes: 1For on-grade applications, use USG Durock™ RH-100 Moisture Vapor Reducer or an industry recognized moisture
mitigation system over concrete. Moisture mitigation system may not be needed if a vapor retarder is installed below the
concrete slab in accordance to industry specifications and practice (ASTM E1745, ASTM E1993, ASTM E1693) and the MVER value
of the concrete slab is below 5 lbs./1,000 sq. ft./24 hours. 2The adhesive residue must first be tested to make certain it is
non-water-soluble. Any water-soluble adhesive residues must be mechanically removed down to clean concrete. 3Compressive
strengths published herein were achieved under controlled laboratory conditions. Actual field results may differ due to
environmental conditions; inconsistent proportioning of field-applied water and USG Durock™ floor underlayment, as well as
differences in mixing/pumping equipment.
