Rankin Cancer Run - Saturday May 23rd, 2015
The Rankin Cancer Run is coming up soon and we need to order our team t-shirts at the beginning of May.
The form below is for all participants that have registered or would like to register for the Rankin Cancer Run.
In order to receive a “Power Glen Panthers” team shirt designed by a student from Power Glen, you MUST
fill out this form. You will not get a t-shirt otherwise. Even if you have already filled out the registration form,
with a t-shirt size, in November or last week, you MUST fill this out. (This will help with distribution later.)
If you haven’t and wish to sign up for the Rankin Cancer Run you may still do so, but note, that if your
registration form and fee is not included with this form, or done online by April 30th, we cannot guarantee you
will receive a Power Glen Team shirt. You can find a Rankin Registration form on the school website under
“School Forms” in the April box, or at the office or you can go to www.rankincancerrun.com and register as
part of the “Power Glen Panthers” team. A separate registration form is needed for each person. All are
welcome to join the team. Even if you cannot make the run you can still be a part of the team and receive a
school shirt.
This is not a school-run activity and supervision is not provided. If your child is registered and you will be
accompanying them, you too must register.
This is a great time to start fundraising for the run. Pledge forms are available in the office or if you have
signed up on line, you can collect pledges there.
Money and pledge forms will be collected closer to the date of the run. Good luck everyone!
Please print when filling out the form. The whole family can be on this one form. Please indicate if you are a
cancer survivor. You will receive an orange shirt.
T-Shirts will be available for pick up at the school closer to the Run date.
