Intel Security hereby confirms that, as at the date of this letter, POWERNET with
offices located at Calle Francisca Delgado 11, Edificio Neinver Arroyo de la
Vega, MADRID, 28108, Spain is authorized as a Solution Provider partner.

Available Products
Partners may distribute the McAfee products and services
as identified in the then current Intel Security price book,
as updated from time to time, excluding those products
flagged as requiring Authorization (to sell) within the Intel
Security price book available from authorized distributors.
Authorized Partners may distribute the McAfee products
and services as identified in the then current Intel Security
price book, as updated from time to time, including those
products flagged as requiring Authorization (to sell) within
the Intel Security price book available from authorized
distributors.
The partner is required to maintain certain accreditation requirements under the
Authorized Partner Agreement, including certifying their staff’s knowledge of

As a participant of the Authorized Reseller Program, Intel Security confirms that
