Precision Medical has identified a problem with the PM4150 Series EasyPulse Portable Oxygen Concentrators, serial
numbers 10020339 thru 10021634.
The Amber and Red Alarm Indicator LEDs in the device’s Front Panel are switched, meaning the Red LED comes on
when the Amber LED should and the Amber LED comes on when the Red LED should.

Correction / Resolution:
This problem can only be corrected with an update to the device internal firmware.
For the firmware to be updated, the device must be returned to Precision Medical.
This correction is completely voluntary and Precision Medical will update the firmware at no cost.
