SURGICAL ONCOLOGY
The theme of this year’s President’s Meeting is Surgical Oncology. Advances in surgical technique
and in the organisation and delivery of care have contributed significantly to improved outcomes
for patients with cancer. This meeting will provide an update on contemporary management
of various malignancies, with a major focus on surgical treatments, as well as updates on
oncological therapies. This meeting will also include a number of plenary lectures and
contributions from all the surgical specialty associations.

this meeting for Trauma and Orthopaedics;
General Surgery or Specialties and Common
Interest. In addition this year, there will also
be an Oncology Session and we are inviting
trainees to submit research abstracts for this.
