How to handle a stain: If a stain occurs, please use the cleaner that was included in your purchase. Make sure you use it as directed. It is important that you blot up the stain:

We will talk you through how to get the stain out. We may even send you some different cleaners to help you get it out. If that does not work, we will send out a professional
cleaner. If that still does not work, we will replace the part of the furniture that is stained and if that is not possible, we will replace the entire piece.
Make sure you have your original Sofa Mart receipt when you call. This will help us validate your warranty and determine what kind of fabric you have so we can best remove the
stain.

Great White Complete Care Warranty Agreement

Warranty valid only in the 48 contiguous United States.
In order for the warranty to be valid the customer must keep a copy of the Original Sales Receipt for the duration of the warranty.
The Great White Complete Care Warranty provides protection against stains from Foods, Beverages, Blood, and Human or Animal Bodily Fluids for a period of Five Years for fabric. For upholstered furniture it also provides protection for accidental (resulting from a
single incident) tears and burns through the leather or fabric, and covers breakage of the internal wood or metal frame, springs, and mechanisms for a period of Five Years. For Wood, Glass, and Stone surfaces, the Complete Care Warranty covers breakage of the hard
structures.
It DOES NOT include odor or stains from inks, dyes, wax, lacquers, solvents, adhesives, and paints of any kind, or soiling from everyday use. It does not include normal wear and tear or cumulative damage, surface scratches, or damage caused by animals or moving
the furniture.
This is the legal description:
1.)
Fabrics. “Fabrics” includes all cloth fabrics on furniture.
Ordinary Household Stains.
ANY OTHER stain is at sole discretion of Great White Bottling. “Ordinary Household Stains” does
tornadoes, volcanoes, hurricanes, snow pack, mud slides, or similar events. This Warranty is not a contract to provide cleaning for normal soiling.
Wear and Tear. “Wear and Tear” includes scratching, fading, fraying, pilling, shrinking, wrinkling, dye lot variances, sun fading, body oils/products and cleaning processes. Normal Wear and Tear is to be expected through use of furniture, and this Warranty is not a
guarantee to maintain or restore Like New Condition or appearance for the duration of the Warranty.
Tears. “Tears” are accidental holes completely through the fabric resulting from a single incident. Tears does not include surface scrapes, scratches, fraying or material cracking or peeling from cumulative use.
Frame. “Frame” includes metal and wood support frame and internal structure of the furniture, mechanisms, and springs.
Service Areas. If a repair service cannot be located within a reasonable distance of the location of the furniture, the Purchaser may be required to bring the furniture to the nearest Furniture Row location for repair.
2.) Warranty. Great White Bottling, Inc. (“Great White”) warrants to the undersigned Purchaser (and not any other individual or entity) for the Warranty Period, that the products contained in Great White’s protection kit (“Protection Kit”), if properly applied, protect
Fabrics against Ordinary Household Stains and remove Ordinary Household Stains from Fabrics. In order for this Warranty to be effective, the Purchaser must comply with the Warranty Conditions described below. This Warranty does not apply to replacement furniture provided in accordance with the remedies set forth in paragraph 4 below.
This Warranty does not apply to damage caused by Abuse or Neglect or failure to maintain the furniture; damaged “As-Is” or clearance items that have pre-existing conditions or are otherwise not in new condition; or damage caused by any entity other than the Purchaser (such as moving company or independent contractor in the home).
3.) Warranty Conditions. The warranty contained in paragraph 2 above (“Warranty”) is valid, effective, and enforceable against Great White only if the Purchaser follows the procedures contained in this paragraph 3 (“Warranty Conditions”) and meets all other conditions
contained in this Warranty Agreement:
In order for this Warranty to be effective, the Protection Kit must be purchased at the same time as the furniture to which this Warranty is to apply. This Warranty applies only to Fabrics that are an integral part of a piece of furniture purchased at the same time as the
Protection Kit.
In the event an Ordinary Household Stain or damage (tear, burn, breakage) occurs within the Warranty Period on a Fabric which is part of a piece of furniture meeting the conditions of paragraph 3. (“Damaged Piece of Furniture”), the Purchaser must utilize the Pro tection Kit in strict compliance with the directions and instructions provided on each product contained in the Protection Kit. If, despite application of the Protection Kit in compliance with the directions and instructions, the Ordinary Household Stain remains on the
Damaged Piece of Furniture, then the Purchaser must notify Great White in writing (“Warranty Notice”) of a warranty claim pursuant to this Warranty Agreement. The Warranty Notice must occur within ten (10) days of the incident (stain or damage) and must include
’s current address and telephone number, (e) and provide a copy of the original sales receipt showing the purchase of the Protection Kit and Warranty. Requested documents (including Original Sales Receipt) must be furnished to Great White within ten (10) days of initial
report of damage (“Warranty Notice”). Pictures of the stain or damage may be requested in order to facilitate the claims process.
4.) Remedies. Should Great White determine, in its sole discretion, that all Warranty Conditions have been met, then Great White will provide additional cleaning solutions or LOAN equipment to the purchaser, or arrange for a professional service (“Repair Service”)
(to be selected solely by Great White) to clean or repair the Damaged Piece of Furniture, provided that the Purchaser cooperates with Great White and with the Repair Service with respect to the coordination of such repair. If LOAN equipment is accepted by the Purchaser, the Purchaser accepts responsibility for the care and return of the equipment to Great White within the time frame stipulated. If the equipment is not returned, Great White reserves the right to withhold service or remedies for the furniture. In the event that the
Repair Service has attempted but is unable to remove the Ordinary Household Stain from, or repair the Damaged Piece of Furniture (or if damage is determined, at discretion of Great White, to be non-repairable), then Great White will replace that separable part of the
Damaged Piece of Furniture on which the Ordinary Household Stain or damage appears or, if the Ordinary Household Stain or damage appears in a part of the Damaged Piece of Furniture that cannot be separated, then Great White will replace the Damaged Piece of
Furniture with an identical piece of furniture or, if an identical piece of furniture is not reasonably available, with a piece of furniture of not greater value than the original purchase price of the Damaged Piece of Furniture. If the Damaged Piece of Furniture is replaced,
then the Damaged Piece will become the property of Great White. If the Damaged Piece of Furniture is replaced pursuant to this paragraph 4, then all costs of labor, transportation, insurance, installation, removal, disassembly, reassembly, and other such costs relating
to the replacement of the Damaged Piece of Furniture shall be borne by the Purchaser and this warranty shall terminate. If an exchange or credit is issued, the Purchaser must complete the exchange or credit transaction within 60 days or forfeit the replacement furniture. The entire credit amount must be used at the same time, or any remaining balance will be forfeit. No Warranty purchase is allowed for furniture replaced through the Warranty.
5.) Limitation of Liability. Notwithstanding any provision contained in this Warranty Agreement, Great White’s maximum liability arising under this Warranty Agreement shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Damaged Piece of Furniture. The Remedy
provided for in paragraph 4 above (“Remedy”) shall constitute the Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy for any claim brought pursuant to this Warranty Agreement even if the Remedy fails in its essential purpose. In addition, the Remedy shall be in lieu of all other
remedies available to the Purchaser under the common law or under the Uniform Commercial Code, whether written, oral, express, or implied, and no implied warranty of merchantability shall apply. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, under
no circumstances shall Great White be liable to the Purchaser, its agents, assignees, or any other persons for any special, incidental, or consequential damages (collectively “Damages”), whether such Damages arise under warranty, tort, contract, or strict liability theoWhite hereby disclaims any liability with regard to damage arising out of instances
in which any part of the Protection Kit has been applied on any article, product, or thing that is not the Damaged Piece of Furniture.
Venue. All action or proceedings with respect to this Warranty shall be instituted exclusively in the Jefferson County District Court in Golden, Colorado. Purchaser unconditionally submits to the jurisdiction (both personal and subject matter) of this court and unconditionally waives any objection to the venue of such court.
