First come, first serve.* Session 1 Monday, June 22nd -Friday, June 26th 1:00-3:30 p.m. Session 2 Monday, June 29th –Friday, July 3rd 1:00-3:30 p.m. WHERE COST Power Shack Fitness Center (3600 Fishinger Rd, Hilliard, OH) $185 per session Session 3 Monday, July 6th-Friday, July 10th 1:00-3:30 p.m. **Please arrive 15 minutes early on Day 1 to sign in and receive your T-shirt!** (Cost includes motivational life lesson discussions, workouts, nutritional classes, personalized folder with complete workouts/nutritional cliff notes, T-shirt, light postworkout snacks) Come join Megan for an exciting week filled with great exercises, motivational discussions and excellent nutritional information to help you develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle for sports and everyday living! What Do I Bring/Wear? 1. Bring Positive Vibes & Energy! 2. On Day 1 Bring ONE of your favorite MOTIVATIONAL quotes, song lyrics, pictures, etc. 3. Wear proper athletic gear (tennis shoes, shorts, t-shirt) and bring a water bottle! Each day, teens will leave with “ROOT’s” (Reflecting On Opportunities Today). These will be individually written by students about things they learned at camp and want to start applying to their daily lives. How Do I Sign My Child Up? 1. Complete the registration form on Primordial Training’s website under the “Teen Wellness Camp” tab. Hit submit. 2. Payments MUST be taken at the time you complete your registration form. You can pay right on the site through PayPal (hit the “pay now” button). It will ask you to select your week you would like to attend for camp. Slots are limited, so if the week you want is full, choose a different week or contact me via e-mail or phone to. 3. Since these are taking place this summer, make sure you put the dates onto your calendar so you don’t miss your week. Make sure you arrive 15 minutes early on day 1 so you can get checked in and pick up your T-shirt. 3. Make sure your child brings something motivational and wears appropriate training clothes: T-shirt, shorts (possibly with fitted shorts under shorts), tennis shoes & appropriate socks. 4. Make sure you send them with a water bottle! If you would like to bring your own music and ear buds as well, feel free. Just know that it is your responsibility to keep track of them. 5. Please make sure each day your child has a ride at noon. There will be no one at the gym to watch your child after this time.
