The Prince Hall Foundation, is a Masonic fraternal organization, is a fully accredited
and an incorporated 501(c)(3).
The Prince Hall Foundation Inc, is funded by its members and local sponsors. We are in
need of funds to support our growing scholarship endeavors. Contributions to
Prince Hall Foundation Inc. are fully tax-deductible.
