pleased to announce that this edition of our selection represent our largest innovation drive ever by featuring over thirty new
items. Amongst the new products featured include the unique “Maison Heritage” range, ambient and indulgent viennoiserie, pure
pleasure éclairs and religieuses, and the award winning “Crois’sandwich” which represents a combination of bread and croissant!

The rustic Crois’sandwich
Made with the Délifrance Crois’sandwich, 2013 Sirha Innovation
Award Winner. With Brive purple mustard, foie gras, smoked
duck fillet, Granny Smith apple and Comté cheese.
With 2 Michelin Stars, Michel Roth is one of the most famous French chefs. Veritable
ambassador for French gastronomy and know-how, he also won the prestigious titles
of Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Bocuse d’or.
The rustic Crois’sandwich is a Michel Roth original creation to surprise food lovers.
Michel Roth
Ingredients for 4:
4 crois’sandwiches
4 tablespoons of Brive purple mustard
150g of duck foie gras
120g of smoked duck fillet
120g of Comté cheese
1 Granny Smith
½ cos lettuce, small leaves
2cl of salad dressing made with hazelnut oil
and sherry vinegar
½ a bunch of chives
Preparation:
Slice the duck foie gras into small
pieces (4 per person).
Cut the smoked duck and the Comté
into thin strips, reserve in the fridge.
Cut the Granny Smith into thin slices
(with the skin on).
Season the lettuce leaves with the
hazelnut oil dressing.
Presentation:
Gently remove the top half of the crois’sandwich using a knife. Spread the purple mustard over
the inside of the sandwich. Place the thin slices of smoked duck and the pieces of foie gras
inside. Lay the strips of Comté and the slices of green apple on top. Place the crois’sandwich
on the plates with the top slice revealing the filling. Finish with the lettuce leaves and sticks of
chives.
