The World Tort Law Society will present the results of their research on product liability dealing with and analysing current problems of this
issue worldwide. The attendance of international renowned scientists from various countries
around the world both at the Conference and in
the project allow for a special focus on different
solution mechanisms in jurisdictions across the
globe.

Law (ETL) and the European Centre of Tort and
Insurance Law (ECTIL).
