Each graduate participating in the Graduation Ceremony(s) receives a MBA Hood. Below you will find
academic attire information and the MBA Hood distribution schedule.
MBA Hood Pick‐Up Schedule for Graduates – Grad Fair
Student Life will be hosting a Grad Fair where MBA hoods will be distributed along with providing
students the opportunity to pick up all of the items needed for the big day, as well as explore ways to
stay involved in the years ahead. At the Grad Fair you can:




Pick up your MBA hood and any honor cords earned.
Purchase your cap, gown, and tassel as well as Booth gear, diploma frames, and much more.
Cash or credit accepted for payment.
Take a graduation portrait in a cap and gown (we'll have some available to use just for
photos).
Gather information about opportunities for staying involved as Booth alumni.
The Grad Fair will take place per the following schedule in HC 104:
Tuesday, June 2: 11:00am – 2:00pm
Wednesday, June 3: 11:00am ‐ 2:00pm
Academic Attire
The academic attire for MBA Graduates at both the Booth Diploma and Hooding Ceremony and the
University’s 523rd Convocation Ceremony includes the cap (with tassel), gown, and MBA hood. As a
reminder, students purchase the cap (with tassel) and gown through the University Bookstore or can
now do so at the Grad Fair mentioned above. To ensure proper fit and avoid long lines, you may
purchase your cap and gown at the bookstore between now through June 12 however we strongly
suggest you don’t wait until the week of graduation to do so.
