DENTAL CASE MANAGER Project Access Northwest is seeking a full-time dental case manager for its Seattle office. POSITION SUMMARY This position assists patients to access needed specialty dental services by providing a link between patients between the Community Health Centers, Public Health Clinics and dentists in private practice or at Swedish Community Specialty Clinic. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE BS preferred, or up to 2 years related experience: or equivalent combination of education and related experience. Has case manager experience and good attention to detail.
