Corporation (“BCLC”) which include limitations of liability and are available from BCLC
upon request.

To participate, a person must:
i.
present a properly completed applicable Keno selection slip to, or request
computer generated selections (“Quick Pick”) from, an authorized retailer; or
ii.
pick the selections or choose a Quick Pick on Playnow.com; or
iii.
generate a ticket from a BCLC self-serve terminal; and
iv.
pay the authorized retailer or BCLC, where applicable, the $1, $2, $5 or $10
wager for each completed Keno selection per draw.
From 1 to 10 numbers, inclusive, may be played for each selection whereupon a ticket
will be issued showing the Draw Day (as defined below) on which the ticket was
purchased, the selection(s), the amount(s) wagered for each selection, the draw

authorized retailer or BCLC, where applicable, an additional amount per draw equal to
the cost of the Keno selection(s).
The maximum wager on Keno is $100; the maximum wager on Keno Bonus is $100.
The total maximum wager per selection is $200.
Keno Pattern Play wagers can be multiplied and the maximum wager is $490

PlayNow.com.

8.
LIMITATIONS
a) Keno has the following limitations restricting prize liability and payout:
i.
The maximum prize that may be won on any one Keno draw, not including
Keno Bonus or Keno Doubler, is $100,000 regardless of the amount
wagered, and such amount may be reduced by subparagraph (ii) hereof:
ii.
The maximum prize that may be won on any Keno draw for which a player
elects to play Keno Bonus is 10X the value of the Keno prize, up to a
maximum $1,000,000 or $2,000,000 if Keno Doubler applies.
For all draws except for draws which include tickets with Keno Doubler, the
aggregate amount that may be won in any given draw by all ticket holders

PRIZE STRUCTURE STATEMENT
For draws which include tickets with Keno Doubler, the aggregate amount
that may be won in any given draw by all ticket holders whose unadjusted
prizes exceeds $1,000 shall be limited to $2 million less the aggregate of all
prizes in such draw of $1,000 or less.
If, in any draw, the aggregate amount that could be won, but for this
provision, would exceed $1 million or if, in any draw including Keno Doubler
designated tickets, the aggregate amount that could be won, but for this
provision, would exceed $2 million, then the aggregate amount payable on
all Winning Tickets for that draw entitling their holders to prizes in excess of
$1,000 shall automatically be reduced, and the amount payable in respect
of each such Winning Ticket shall be equal to the amount that would have
been payable before any reduction less the amount payable to the holders
of the Winning Tickets for that draw entitling their holders to $1,000 or less
multiplied by a fraction, having as its numerator $1 million or $2 million if
applicable to a draw which include the Keno Doubler designation tickets,
less the aggregate amount payable to all ticket holders for such draw
entitling to $1,000 or less and, as its denominator, the aggregate amount
that would have been payable on all Winning Tickets for that draw before
any reduction less the aggregate amount payable to all holders of Winning
Tickets for such draw entitling their holders to $1,000 or less.
b)
9.
In addition to the Keno restrictions stated above, Keno Pattern Play includes
limitations restricting prize liability and payout whereby a maximum of 160 plays
per pattern, regardless of how selected, will be available for each Keno draw.
CANCELLATION OF TICKET
A person may only cancel a ticket at the authorized retailer where such ticket was
issued provided that such ticket is cancelled prior to the first draw listed on the ticket
following the issuance of the ticket.
A ticket issued by a BCLC authorized retailer for consecutive Keno draws and where
the first draw has already begun may be cancelled prior to the time sales for the
second consecutive draw on such ticket end. A re-issued ticket will be generated for
the first draw. If sales for the second consecutive draw have ended or the second
consecutive draw has begun or occurred, the ticket cannot be cancelled. Any Keno
ticket issued on PlayNow.com cannot be cancelled.
10.
BCLC’S RIGHTS TO AMEND OR CANCEL
BCLC reserves the right at all times and in its sole discretion to amend or cancel the
number of selection(s) available to be purchased on the same ticket or the number and
types of lottery game(s) available to be purchased on the same ticket, or to change the
