and more frequent weather-related disasters—climate change is
a reality NOW.
This Massive Open Online Course, based on the World Bank’s
Turn Down the Heat report series, presents the most recent
scientific evidence as well as some of the opportunities for urgent
action to potentially prevent irreversible damage to our planet.
This course will also include a regional module, with specific
sections on Latin America and the Caribbean, Sub-Saharan
Africa, the Middle East and North Africa, South Asia, South East
Asia, and Europe and Central Asia.
