Our last show was attended by more than 1250 visitors. Remember, it is the combined efforts of
our association along with vendor participation that makes this show a continued success. Space is
limited. Please register early to secure a booth.
In an effort to eliminate confusion on the day of the Expo, we have reserved an additional day prior
to the show. All vendors demonstrating heavy equipment must be set up on Tuesday, April 21,
2015, between 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m. Vendors who set up the day of the show, April 22 must
be in place by 8:30 a.m. Along with security supplied by the Exposition Hall, we have requested an
additional security guard for the 21st through the day of the show for the protection of your equipment.
Please call Expo Hall (732) 417-1400 to arrange for any deliveries or other special arrangements.
Fees are being kept as low as possible in order to encourage vendors to secure enough space to
effectively display their equipment. Space will be indoors at the Raritan Expo Hall Center.
