Atomic, Molecular and Plasma Physics
QUAMP 2015 is the biennial AMOP meeting: the International Conference on
Quantum, Atomic, Molecular and Plasma Physics, being held in Brighton, UK
from 1-4 September 2015.
The meeting will cover Quantum technology, Quantum information, Metrology,
Ultra-cold matter, Atomic and molecular interactions, Ultra-fast phenomena,
Quantum optics and Plasma physics. The format will be plenary talks by invited
speakers plus some contributed talks and posters.
About the exhibition
Exhibition package
The exhibition is an important part of the conference
programme. It is an opportunity for businesses working
in quantum physics to engage with existing and new
customers, maintain or raise their profile, promote
products, network and generate new business leads.
Exhibition space will be available as a table-top
display. Included in your package:
• A 6 ft table-top stand and two chairs;
• Two nights en-suite accommodation for one
representative at Northfield at the University of
Sussex (checking in Wednesday 2 September and
checking out Friday 4 September);
• Your company profile and link to your company
homepage included on the conference website;
• One A4 insert in the delegate packs;
• A single 500 W socket;
• WiFi internet access.
The exhibition will be held on Wednesday 2 and
Thursday 3 September in Gallery Rooms 1 and 2
(Bramber House, University of Sussex). To ensure
that you maximise time spent with the delegates,
the exhibition area will be used for poster displays,
refreshments and lunch. This conference is expected
to attract more than 100 attendees from the UK and
internationally.

this special offer.
* VAT is charged at the prevailing rate, currently 20%. If the rate is altered as a
result of government legislation, charges may be adjusted accordingly.

How to confirm your sponsorship
• Complete the enclosed exhibition and sponsorship
reservation form;
• Enclose the form with a non-refundable deposit of
25%. An invoice can be sent to you if requested. Our
payment terms are strictly 30 days;
